Usage Instructions:
Shake bottle well before use. Use measuring device for required amount and place underneath your tongue using the dropper and hold drops for up to 1 minute and then swallow. This allows absorption sublingually via our mucous membranes under the tongue. Repeat process morning and evening. Increase dosage as needed, but start slowly and take dosages consistently to build up CBD in your body.
